  • Monthly Financial Reviews. Each month, we conduct a peer-reviewed check of your books—monitoring reserve and restricted funds, verifying classification accuracy, and flagging variances. Only after this review are the books closed for the period.
  • Budget Assistance. From basic templates to in-depth seasonal and contractual analysis, we offer budget planning that fits your board’s needs.
  • Audit Coordination. We work with your CPA or auditor to provide secure access to systems, prepare documentation, and post adjusting journal entries—thereby making audits smoother and more efficient.

A Seamless Start with Our Onboarding Process

Clear View’s onboarding process is designed to be smooth, accurate, and tailored to your community’s needs. Led by a Senior Analyst and your future Account Manager, the process typically takes three to eight weeks depending on the condition of your financial records. If any legacy issues are identified—such as outdated accounting practices or inconsistencies—we’ll communicate them clearly and work with you to determine the best course of action. Once onboarding is complete, your Account Manager becomes your single point of contact for all ongoing support.
